Consent to personal data processing when contacting us through the website

By ticking the consent box in the contact form, I give ESVI DIGITAL LLC (Russian Tax ID 7816765279, Russian State Registration Number 1267800069921; address: 192286, Saint Petersburg, Georgievsky Municipal District, 59 Bukharetskaya Street, Building A, Apartment 41) consent to process my email address and nickname from the form, together with the date and time of my enquiry, in order to receive and review my enquiry and send a response.

The operator may collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, retrieve, use, block, delete and destroy this data using automated tools. Form data is stored in a database within the Russian Federation. To confirm consent, the operator records its receipt, date, time and text version.

This consent remains valid until the processing purpose is achieved, but no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact about the enquiry. If there was no answer or further communication, the period starts on the enquiry date. Consent may be withdrawn earlier by emailing info@aswemay.ru and identifying the relevant enquiry. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing on this ground and destroys the data within the statutory period unless another legal ground requires further processing.

This consent concerns the processing of the enquiry. Permission for web analytics is requested separately.
